Content Snare is a well-known tool for collecting content and documents from clients. If you build websites, design logos or run social media for small businesses, you may not need everything it offers, and the price adds up. Podklado does one job: it gets your client's texts, photos and files into one place without the back-and-forth.
How it works
- Pick a ready-made checklist (company website, online shop, redesign, logo, social media, documents for the accountant) and adjust it.
- Send your client one link. They fill in texts and upload files without signing up, on a phone too. Drafts save automatically.
- Reminders go out on day 3, 7 and 14, listing only what's still missing. You can set a deadline the client sees on their page and in every reminder.
- You approve each item or send it back with a note, then download everything at once as a ZIP.
- When the work is done, send it through the same link for approval: your client comments on a spot in an image, a PDF page or a moment in a video, then approves or asks for changes.
Pricing
Free forever for one active project, no card needed. Freelancer is €12 a month (€120 a year) for 10 active projects, Studio is €29 a month (€290 a year) for 40 active projects and 3 people. An active project is one your client still has a working link to; finished projects don't count. See pricing.
