1. Who operates the service
The Podklado service is operated by Matouš Janeček, company ID (IČO) 29938881, with registered office at T. G. Masaryka 415, 562 01 Ústí nad Orlicí (hereinafter “we”). We are not VAT payers; prices listed in the pricing are final. You can write to us at matous.janecek@gmail.com.
Podklado is there so that you get texts, files and photos from your clients in one place. The client gets a link, uploads without signing up, and the service sends them reminders according to your settings. The service is intended for businesses, not consumers.
2. Account
- You create an account by signing up. The details in it must be true.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything that happens in the account, including the people you invite to your workspace.
- By signing up you agree to these terms and to the data processing agreement, which forms part of them.
3. Plans and payments
- The Free plan is free of charge. Paid plans and their limits are listed in the pricing.
- A paid plan is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically. It is paid by card through Stripe, in advance for the whole period. You get the invoice by email and you can find it in Settings.
- You can cancel the subscription at any time in Settings, Plan and billing. It remains valid until the end of the paid period; we do not refund the pro rata part.
- If the payment fails even after repeated attempts, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, only its limits apply.
- We will notify you of a price change by email at least 30 days in advance. It applies from the next period; if you do not agree with it, cancel the subscription.
- At any time, even on the Free plan, you can buy an extra project with a one-off payment: one more active project for 30 days from payment. It is not a subscription, does not renew and is non-refundable. When it ends, nothing is deleted; the plan limit simply applies again.
4. Content and clients
- You are responsible for the content that you or your clients put into the service. We only store it and make it available according to your settings.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, for sending unsolicited emails or for spreading harmful files. Only send reminders to clients you are actually working with on the project.
- Do not ask for passwords or login details through the service. It is not built for them.
5. Personal data
We process data about you and your account as a controller under the privacy policy. We process your clients’ data as a processor on your behalf, under the data processing agreement.
6. Availability and liability
- We try to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. We schedule maintenance outside working hours.
- We back up the database every night. Still, download important materials yourself; the service is not an archive.
- Our liability for damage is limited to the amount you have paid us over the last 12 months, unless the law does not permit such a limitation. We are not liable for lost profits.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, Account. This also deletes all projects and files. If you seriously breach these terms, we may close your account after prior notice.
8. Changes to the terms
We will announce changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with them, you can delete your account before they take effect.
9. Governing law
The relationship is governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code (občanský zákoník). Disputes are resolved by the Czech courts.
